I am obsessed with researching paint colors and creating color combinations. This process causes quite a few headaches for people! Going to your local hardware store and trying to choose between the thousands of paint swatches can be both overwhelming and misleading. Let me resolve that for you! I will chat with you about goals, create a custom color palette (including a presentation and paint plan) that you can use however you need! I can also consult on sheen, brand, and type, so that your project comes out looking absolutely stunning.

Second-hand shopping serves two important purposes: It’s environmentally friendly to find items that are not brand new, and having heirloom pieces creates a sense of warmth and history in a room.

Staging for the market is something that some real-estate agents will do, but not always! If you want your property to really stand out against the competition, staging is a great way to make that happen. Often times, buyers have trouble visualizing a space, so you can truly benefit as a seller if you provide the vision for the buyer.
